用国产单磷酸阿粮苷（ARA－AMP）合用胸腺治疗漫性乙型肝炎（慢性乙肝）39例，并以精制白细胞干扰素合用胸腺肽39例进行配对研究，主要观察患者乙肝病毒血清标本物和的作用．结果发现ARA－AMP合用胸腺肽疗效较好，在治疗结束对和治疗结束后6月的HBeAg明转率为69．23％和66．66％；HBV－DNA阴转串为61．54％和51．28％，两者阴转率均显著高于对照组（P旨＜0．05），但对HBSHg的作用无明显差异（P＞0．05）．在用药过程中未见ARA－AMP任何毒副作用。研究提示：ARAAMP是治疗慢性乙肝有效、安全的制剂．
Thirty-nine patients with diffuse hepatitis B (chronic hepatitis B) were treated with ARA-AMP combined with thymic gland, and 39 patients with purified leukocyte interferon and thymosin were used for paired study. The main observation was hepatitis B virus serum samples and Role. The results showed that ARA-AMP combined with thymosin had better curative effect. The conversion rate of HBeAg was 69.23% and 66.66% at the end of treatment and after the end of treatment, 61.54% and 51.54% respectively .28%, both negative conversion rate was significantly higher than the control group (P meaning <0.05), but the role of HBSHg no significant difference (P> 0.05). ARA-AMP no side effects in the medication. Research Tip: ARAAMP is an effective and safe treatment for chronic hepatitis B.
