为提升高瓦斯矿井高强度开采工作面上隅角瓦斯治理效果,开发了上隅角定向拖管技术。采用理论分析的方法,分析了单“U”型通风方式条件下上隅角瓦斯积聚机理,对传统式埋管抽放技术进行了改革,将上隅角埋管静态抽采模式变为拖管抽采动态抽采模式,在左权鑫顺煤矿15101工作面进行工程试验。结果表明:上隅角拖管定向抽采技术能够实现抽放口定向动态调整;最佳抽放点位置为距离底板2.4 m(垂距)、沿倾斜方向距离回风巷道1.57 m(横距)、沿走向深入采空区17.4 m处(纵距);另外,左权鑫顺煤矿15101工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度由工程试验前的0.72%降低到试验后的0.57%,取得了较理想的上隅角瓦斯治理效果。
In order to improve the effect of methane control in the upper corner of the high-intensity mining face in high-gas mine, the upper corner directional pipe dragging technology was developed. With the method of theoretical analysis, the mechanism of gas accumulation in the upper corner of single “U” type ventilation mode is analyzed.
