1989-1991年,以巨峰早熟芽变等葡萄品种不同培养天数的生根试管苗为材料,进行了基质利用方式、苗龄、设施、剪根、生根粉溶液浸根等处理的移栽试验。结果表明,河沙山林土分层塑料棚保湿移栽,可使巨峰早熟芽变和康拜尔芽变的成活率分别达82.5%和74.0%,巨峰、先锋、高墨等品种的成活率为68.2%-81.8%;试管苗苗龄延长至80d(天)以上移栽比40d移栽能明显提高成活率;移栽后扣塑料棚比不扣棚能明显提高成活率;移栽时剪根与否对成活无明显影响;ABT1号生根粉溶液浸根有利于移栽成活和新根发出。
From 1989 to 1991, the rooting test-tube seedlings of different cultivated grape varieties such as Jufeng precocious mutagenesis were used as materials to conduct the transplanting experiments such as substrate utilization, seedling age, facilities, root cutting and rooting powder solution rooting. The results showed that the survival rates of Kyoho pre-ripening and Kangbai’er buds were 82.5% and 74.0%, respectively. The varieties of Kyoho, Pioneer and High-ink The survival rate was 68.2% -81.8%. The prolongation of test tube seedling age to 80 days (days) or more could significantly improve the survival rate after transplanting than 40 days. Survival rate; when transplanted, shearing root or not had no obvious effect on survival; soaking root with ABT1 rooting powder solution was beneficial to transplanting survival and emergence of new roots.
