[病例] 女,17岁.因周期性发热、头晕、乏力3月余入院.发热呈不规则型,每周1～3次,多于午后出现,体温最高可达40℃,伴全身肌肉酸痛,服退热药可缓解,热退后除感全身乏力外无其他不适,无咳嗽、咳痰及腹痛、腹泻,曾在外院行X线胸片等检查未发现异常.
