目的:探讨调肝止血法对置器后子宫异常出血患者的影响机制。方法:原代培养置器后子宫异常出血肝不藏血患者的宫内膜组织,给含药血清后,采用western blot方法测定ERK1/2和PI3K磷酸化的水平。结果:柴胡止血液有提高肝不藏血患者宫内膜组织ERK1/2和PI3K磷酸化的趋势。结论:调肝止血法可能通过调节肝不藏血患者子宫内膜组织ERK1/2信号通路磷酸化水平促进血管收缩、修复,促进血小板的聚集和激活凝血机制;调节子宫内膜组织PI3K信号通路的磷酸化水平促进组织细胞的抗炎作用和增殖作用,恢复血管功能,从而达到治疗肝不藏血置IUD所致子宫异常出血症的目的。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of dysfunctional uterine bleeding after transarterial hemostasis. Methods: The endometrial tissues of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after occult blood transplantation were treated with primary culture device. The serum levels of ERK1 / 2 and PI3K were determined by western blot. Results: Bupleurum blood could improve the phosphorylation of ERK1 / 2 and PI3K in endometrial tissue of patients with liver metastasis. Conclusion: Tiaogan hemostasis may promote vasoconstriction, repair, promote platelet aggregation and activate coagulation mechanism through regulating the phosphorylation level of ERK1 / 2 signal pathway in endometrial tissue of patients with hepatic non-occult blood; regulate the PI3K signaling pathway in endometrial tissue Phosphorylation promotes the anti-inflammatory and proliferative effects of tissue cells and restores the function of blood vessels so as to achieve the goal of treating abnormal uterine bleeding due to IUD without blood collection in the liver.
