本文主要研究了不同晶粒尺寸的42CrMoVNbTi细晶高强钢拉伸性能和微观组织。结果表明,经组织细化处理,42CrMoVNbTi钢具有较高的强度和塑性,其微观组织为细小的马氏体板条,在板条内和板条间有大量的颗粒状碳化物弥散析出。
In this paper, the tensile properties and microstructure of 42CrMoVNbTi fine grain high strength steel with different grain sizes were studied. The results show that the microstructure of 42CrMoVNbTi steel is fine martensite lath with a large amount of granular carbides dispersed within and between the laths.
