在满足地基稳定和变形要求的前题下,季节冻土地区基础最小埋置深度的计算有三种方法:第一种方法为现行工业与民用建筑地基基础设计规范中所规定残留冻土层的方法,简称变形法;第二种方法为通过双层地基的应力计算,求基础理深的方法,简称力法;第三种方法为将一、二两种方法综合考虑,简称综合法。在这三种方法中以第三种综合法为最经济,最合理。
