随着改革开放的进一步深入,市场经济的进一步完善,房地产行业越来越火爆,也越来越规范。然而,在这一行业的迅猛发展过程中,也暴露了许多问题。如:为了抢占销售市场,尽量地压缩项目的施工工期;为了节约成本,尽量地采取甲方分包;为了节约设计时间,采用“三边”工程等等。由于市场竞争的激烈,房地产企业要想继续生存,就必须处理好出现的诸多问题。笔者在房地产行业从业多年,对压缩项目的施工工期积累了一定的管理经验,本文主要针对如何有效监控有限工期的高层建筑项目管理加以论述。

Due to fierce market competition, real estate enterprises must handle many problems that arise if they want to continue their existence. I have worked in the real estate industry for many years, and accumulated some management experience on the construction period of the compressed project. This article mainly discusses how to effectively monitor the project management of high-rise buildings with limited duration.
