80年代后期跃河流域重新布局、规划,将水利任务以灌溉为主变为灌溉、发电并重,并进行优化调度研究。文中电力提灌站布局采用模糊评价技术优选;水库群联合优化调度采用时历法、模拟技术、隐随机优化方法求优。结果表明,水资源得到充分利用。经济效益、社会效益显著。提出的规划指导思想、数学模型、计算技术等,对类似的水电工程有参考借鉴作用。
In the late 1980s, the Yue River Basin was relocated and planned.
