一、不可靠度曲线和即时故障率曲线的作用 在设备故障管理中,不可靠度曲线和即时故障率曲线具有重要作用,可概括为六个方面: 1.根据即时故障率曲线确定设备故障阶段,选取适当的管理措施,如维护、更换、修理或更新等。 2.根据即时故障率曲线确定异常故障点。处于恒常故障期的设备,当故障率有明显增加并超过标准的故障率时,称为异常故障点。对于异常故障点需要进行故障原因的分析,并采取相应的管理措施,使故障率低于或等于标准故障率。
