目的:对栽培西陵知母与野生知母药材质量进行全面分析,并在此基础上进行比较,阐明二者内在质量的异同。方法:对收集的易县各乡镇栽培样品和野生知母样品进行全面分析。选取皂苷、黄酮、多糖3大类,6种有效成分作为指标。HPLC-ELSD内标法测定菝葜皂苷元含量;HPLC-ELSD同时测定知母皂苷C和知母皂苷AⅢ的含量;高效液相色谱法同时测定新芒果苷和芒果苷含量;硫酸-苯酚法测定总多糖含量。结果:栽培样品中菝葜皂苷元含量略低于野生样品;栽培品中知母皂苷C和知母皂苷AⅢ含量高于野生样品;3种皂苷类指标成分含量差异均不显著。栽培品新芒果苷含量低于野生品,芒果苷含量高于野生样品,2种黄酮含量总和没有显著性差异。栽培品多糖含量显著高于野生品。结论:易县栽培知母主要有效成分的含量与易县野生知母药材比较接近,没有显著差别。栽培西陵知母与野生知母药材具有一致的优良内在质量。
Objective: To make a comprehensive analysis on the quality of medicinal materials of Anemarrhena asphodeloides and wild Anemarrhena asiatica, compare them on the basis of them, and clarify the similarities and differences of intrinsic quality between the two. Methods: A comprehensive analysis of cultivated samples and wild Anemarrhena samples collected from townships in Yixian County was conducted. Selected saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides three categories, six kinds of active ingredients as an indicator. Simultaneous determination of timosaponin C and timosaponin AⅢ by HPLC-ELSD was carried out by HPLC-ELSD with internal standard method. Simultaneous determination of ne mangiferin and mangiferin by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was carried out by sulfuric acid-phenol method Total polysaccharide content. Results: The contents of Smilagenin in cultivated samples were slightly lower than those in wild samples. The content of timosaponin C and timosaponin AⅢ in cultivated samples was higher than that in wild samples. There was no significant difference in the content of three saponins. The content of mangiferin in cultivars was lower than that of wild ones. The content of mangiferin was higher than that of wild ones. There was no significant difference between the two flavones contents. Cultivated polysaccharide content was significantly higher than wild products. Conclusion: The contents of main active ingredients of Anemarrhena asphodeloides are close to that of Yixian Wild Anemarrhena asiatica, with no significant difference. Cultivation Xiling Zhimu and wild Zhimu herbs have the same excellent internal quality.
