目的探讨不孕症患者在药物治疗过程中卵泡发育及卵巢血流灌注与受孕的关系。方法应用彩色阴道超声对64例药物治疗中的不孕症患者86个排卵周期卵泡发育及卵巢血流灌注情况进行监测。结果86个排卵周期中21个周期受孕,受孕率24.41%。排卵期受孕的最佳卵泡大小为22±2.5mm,血流灌注好,从卵泡发育期到排卵期卵巢血流越来越丰富,RI及S/D值越来越低,到排卵期RI为0.56±0.03,S/D为2.65±0.25;受孕组卵泡大小及血流灌注明显优于非受孕组。结论不孕症患者治疗过程中卵泡发育及卵巢血流灌注对受孕起着至关重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between follicular development and ovarian perfusion and conception in infertile patients during drug treatment. Methods Eighty-six ovarian follicular development and ovarian perfusion in 64 patients with infertility were monitored by color vaginal ultrasound. Results During the period of 86 ovulation cycles, 21 cycles were conceived and the pregnancy rate was 24.41%. Ovulation ovulation conception best follicle size of 22 ± 2.5mm, blood perfusion is good, from the follicular to ovulation ovarian blood flow more and more rich, RI and S / D values are getting lower to ovulation RI 0.56 ± 0.03, S / D was 2.65 ± 0.25. The follicle size and blood perfusion in conception group were significantly better than non-conception group. Conclusions Follicular development and ovarian perfusion in the treatment of infertility patients play an important role in conception.
