思想政治工作作为党建工作的重要内容,是我党的优良传统和政治优势,是全面提高干部员工思想道德水平和科学文化素质的必要途径。绩效考核则是企业管理中重要而行之有效的手段,并在通信企业广泛应用,其积极作用毋庸置疑。但有许多管理者深深体会到,绩效考核越执行越难,越往基层越弱化,甚至流于形式、不了了之。某些绩效考核不仅没有发挥管理、监控、评价、激励的作用,反而引发了各种各样的矛盾和问题。通过深入调研发现,这些矛盾和问题恰恰是由于思想政治工作的缺失造成的。因此,必须将思想政治工作与绩效考核有机结合,才能充分发挥绩效考核的作用,提高员工的工作效率和工作热情。
Ideological and political work, as an important part of party building, is an excellent tradition and political advantage of our party and is a necessary way to comprehensively raise the ideological and ethical standards and scientific and cultural qualities of cadres and employees. Performance appraisal is an important and effective means of business management, and widely used in telecommunications companies, its positive effect no doubt. However, many managers deeply realize that the more difficult the performance appraisal is to be implemented, the weaker the grassroots will be, and even the mere formality can not endure. Some performance appraisal not only failed to play the role of management, monitoring, evaluation, incentives, but triggered a variety of contradictions and problems. Through in-depth research found that these contradictions and problems precisely because of the lack of ideological and political work caused. Therefore, the ideological and political work must be organically integrated with the performance appraisal so as to give full play to the role of performance appraisal, and to improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of the staff.
