艾绒为艾叶加工品,用做炙条或艾柱的原料,艾条燃炙患处可治骨节酸痛、四肢麻木等症,临床用量很大。艾绒的传统加工方法是将艾叶捣成绒状,现在一般采用电动研槽代替人工操作。我们通过摸索采用上海中药机械厂生产的SF-200B型高速粉碎机,选用1号筛板(孔径2mm)将净选干燥的艾叶粉碎为粗末成绒状。该法操作方便,所得艾绒呈膨松状,粗细均匀,也符合加工要求。将至均匀摊铺于桑皮纸上,卷紧成圆桩状制成炙条,经临床使用产品具有燃烟持续时间长,药力发挥均匀、疗效提高等优点,同时在加工过程中,也
