淋巴细胞表面 GPI-锚固蛋白是一类重要的信号分子。功能配体或 McAb 交联 GPI-蛋白,淋巴细胞表面多种 GPI-蛋白聚集,随之膜内陷形成囊泡化 caveolae 即非典型 caveolae 传导细胞活化信号。caveolae 是细胞 GPI-蛋白信号传导的结构功能单位。
