英语读写是研究生英语学习过程中着重培养的语言技能。本文通过调查分析发现,自主阅读对于研究生英语读写的提高产生一定影响。本调查研究分析受元认知理论的启发进行设计来探讨是否带有兴趣的自主阅读能够影响受测试者语言技巧的提升,尤其对写作与阅读。结果证明自主阅读策略对于非英语专业研究生的英语读写技能的提高是行之有效的,这也为研究生英语读写课程教学改革提供了新的思路。
English reading and writing are the language skills that are emphasized in graduate English study. Through the investigation and analysis, this paper finds that independent reading has an impact on the improvement of graduate English reading and writing. This research analysis is inspired by metacognitive theory to explore whether reading with interest can affect the subject’s language skills, especially writing and reading. The results show that independent reading strategy is effective for improving non-English majors’ English reading and writing skills, which also provides a new idea for the teaching reform of graduate English reading and writing courses.
