研究了不同浓度的聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）淬火介质对３０ＣｒＳｉＭｏＶＡ钢制刹车零件的性能的影响。结果表明，选用０．３％～０．５％浓度的ＰＶＡ淬火剂能满足刹车零件的技术要求。
The effects of different concentrations of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) quenchant on the properties of 30CrSiMoVA steel brake components were studied. The results show that the selection of 0.3% ~ 0.5% PVA quenching agent to meet the technical requirements of brake parts.
