本文详细介绍了胜利油田勘探生产管理网络信息系统的设计与实现。包括该系统的设计原则、数据库的设计、用户界面设计、开发与运行环境的选择等。在设计实现该系统中对于当前流行的WINDOWS操作系统和WINDOWSNT网络操作系统以及多媒体技术进行了重要尝试。胜利油田勘探生产管理网络信息系统是胜利油田计算中心网络室与胜利油田勘探公司、胜利油田地质处联合研制的集生产动态数据的采集、综合分析于一体的石油勘探管理信息系统。它以胜利油田勘探公司为中心,将胜利油田地质处、物探公司、测井公司等二级单位联成一个覆盖全胜利油田勘探一路二级单位的通讯网络,包括动态数据处理、生产动态数据查询及历史资料查询、数据汇总输出及图形分析三大部分,为勘探公司和地质处及时掌握勘探生产动态、做出相应决策提供了一个信息平台,大大提高了勘探生产管理的工作效率。该系统的开通将对胜利油田各勘探生产单位比较分散,不能及时了解各单位生产进度,以及靠电话问答、汽车送报表的状况起到一定作用。并且十月份已经并入石油部勘探网,为胜利油田及时将勘探生产状况汇报总公司提供了便利。将来还准备与胜利油田信息网以及二级单位的局域网并网。
