鱼(氵卤)是鱼在盐制过程中的一种鱼体渗出液,它里面除含有大量食盐外,还有相当数量的水溶性蛋白质,一般鱼(氵卤)的 Bé(波美度)23~25,pH 5.5左右。鱼(氵卤),历来未被很好利用。上海每年约有鱼(氵卤)15~20万担,除部分用做农田肥料外,其余,都当废水排入下水道。鱼(氵卤)对农田虽有一定的近期肥效,但长期使用,必然会破坏土壤的结构,影响作物的生长,从长远的观点来考虑,对农田是有害的;另一方面,由下水道放掉,也会污染附近的水域,影响环境卫生和鱼虾生长。1972年五月,在上海市水产局的领导下,上海市水产供销公司、上海市水产研究所的工人、
