综合素质评价可以说成为方案改革的一大亮点。它打破了以往素质评价注重操行评语的硬性评价,全面转向过程性记录式的行动+记录的软式评价。这就要求中小学校要遵循教育的本质和规律引领学生全面发展,突出特长,注重学生的经历和生活完整性的准确记录。教育者的教育出发点由对“分”的关注转移到注重“人”的发展。
The overall quality evaluation can be said to be a major highlight of program reform. It broke the rigid evaluation of the previous quality evaluation focus on the operation of reviews, the overall shift to the process of record-based action + record the soft evaluation.
