干旱胁迫是农业生产上长期存在的非生物逆境因子,严重影响甘蓝型油菜的生长发育和产量。近年来,国内外研究人员尝试采用各种生物学手段解析甘蓝型油菜的抗旱遗传机制,培育抗旱甘蓝型油菜品种。简要概述了甘蓝型油菜抗旱相关性状QTL定位、干旱胁迫下的应答蛋白等抗旱分子机制及抗旱育种方面的研究进展,为提高甘蓝型油菜抗旱性提供相关理论参考,以加快甘蓝型油菜抗旱育种的研究进程。
Drought stress is a long-standing abiotic stress factor in agricultural production, which seriously affects the growth and yield of Brassica napus. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad have tried to use various biological means to analyze the genetic mechanism of drought resistance in Brassica napus and breed drought-resistant Brassica napus varieties. The QTLs for drought-related traits related to drought resistance in Brassica napus, drought resistance molecular mechanisms of response proteins under drought stress, and research progress in drought resistance breeding were briefly summarized, providing relevant theoretical references for improving drought resistance of Brassica napus in order to speed up drought-resistant breeding of Brassica napus Research process
