蒜黄采用地窖式栽培,适合冬、春淡季上市经济效益很高。现将其高产栽培法介绍如下: 一、窖址选择 可选择在背风向阳的空隙地、庭院或房前屋后无树木遮阴的地方建窖。 二、建窖方法 窖宽1.2~1.5米,窖长以不超过15米为宜,深一般1.8~2米。挖好后,底部填入掺有20%土杂肥的湿润熟细土10~15厘米厚,保持窖深1.7米左右,整平待播蒜种。 三、蒜种选择 以个大、瓣匀、质地紧实的紫皮大蒜为佳。 四、播种季节 秋末至翌年2月均可播种。根据市场需要,一般在上市前25~30天播种。 五、栽培管理 1.蒜种栽植前的处理 选择个大、紧实、未受机械损伤的优质蒜种,清除鳞茎碎皮,用温水浸泡12~24小时,使之充分吸
