目的对颅脑损伤合并多发伤的治疗措施和临床效果进行探讨。方法选取2011年7月至2013年4月我院神经外科收治的109例颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者,根据其发病原因、病情严重程度、临床症状采取相对应的救治措施,对治疗后的临床效果进行观察分析。结果 109例颅脑损伤合并多发伤患者中,69例患者得到治愈,所占比例为63.30%,21例患者轻度伤残,所占比例为19.27%,11例患者重度伤残,所占比例为10.09%,5例患者呈植物生存状态,所占比例为4.59%,3例患者发生死亡,所占比例为2.75%。结论根据患者的具体病情,选择合理的救治方法十分重要,分类救治有利于提高治疗颅脑损伤合并多发伤的疗效。
Objective To discuss the treatment and clinical effect of traumatic brain injury combined with multiple trauma.
