随着改革开放的不断深入,在党要管党、从严治党的新形势下,企业党建成为了企业的独特政治资源,为企业改革创新和发展稳定提供了重要的政治、思想和组织保证。特别是在当前严峻的经济形势下,非公企业改革面临新的挑战和情况,如何发挥非公企业党组织的政治核心和战斗堡垒作用,保障和促进企业健康稳定发展,是如皋市非公企业党组织面临的重要课题。只有不断加强和创新非公企业党建和思想政治工作,加强对企业党建和思想政治工作的领导,切实解决企业党建和思想政治工作中不断面临的问题,牢牢抓住“以人为本”这一关键,才能引领如皋广大非公企业健康发展。本文对如皋市非公企业党建和思想政治工作现状进行了简单阐述,深入分析出现的问题并对此提出相关的改善策略。
