[目的]为测定水产品浸泡液中甲醛的含量提供简便、可靠的检验方法。[方法]采用柱前衍生富集纯化,以高效液相色谱法测定水产品浸泡液中的甲醛的含量。[结果]该方法在20~2000μg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,精确度试验3种不同甲醛含量的RSD(%)分别为2.32、1.92、0.65,回收率试验3种不同加入量其回收率(%)分别为96.0、96.8、98.4。[结论]该方法可应用于水发海产品浸泡液中甲醛的测定。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to provide a simple and reliable method for the determination of formaldehyde in the soaking solution of aquatic products. [Method] The pre-column derivatization enrichment purification was used to determine the content of formaldehyde in the soaking solution of aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 20-2000μg / L. The RSD (%) of three different formaldehyde contents in precision test were 2.32, 1.92 and 0.65 respectively. The recoveries were tested in three different additions Rates (%) were 96.0,96.8,98.4. [Conclusion] This method can be applied to the determination of formaldehyde in the soaking solution of sea water products.
