目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、铁蛋白(SF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联检在卵巢癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选择52例经B超诊断为卵巢肿瘤患者,入院前均行血清CA125、CA199、SF、CEA检查,记录检查结果。待术后病理明确诊断后,将以上患者分为良性组和恶性组,并对之前收集的血清学检查数据进行分析。结果良性组与恶性组血清CA125、CA199、SF、CEA水平比较差异有统计学意义,且血清CA125的单项意义大于其他三项的单项意义。联合检查时,若有三项阳性或四项均为阳性,有较强的临床提示意义。结论血清CA125、CA199、SF、CEA联检,应根据检查结果综合分析。此检查方法特异度高,适合卵巢癌的诊断与监测。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199), ferritin (SF) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Fifty-two patients with ovarian tumors diagnosed by B-ultrasound were selected. Before admission, serum CA125, CA199, SF, CEA were examined and the results were recorded. After definite pathological diagnosis, the above patients were divided into benign group and malignant group, and the serological data collected before were analyzed. Results The serum levels of CA125, CA199, SF and CEA in benign group and malignant group were significantly different, and the single significance of serum CA125 was greater than that of the other three. Joint examination, if three positive or four are positive, there is a strong clinical significance. Conclusion Serum CA125, CA199, SF, CEA joint examination should be based on the results of a comprehensive analysis. This examination is highly specific, suitable for the diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer.
