文献[1—3]报道了在CdS中掺入CuSO_4和In_2(SO_4)_3,并且在高比例助熔刘NaCl-CdCl_2(CdS:混合助熔剂≤2:1)的条件下进行热处理而制得的光敏硫化镉(CdS:Cu·In),对红光敏感且抗湿性能强.本研究在CdS粉末中,除掺入CuCl_2外,还首次掺入适量的BiOCl,并且在较低助熔剂(CdS:混合助熔剂=5:1;NaCl:CdCl_2=1:4)下热处理,制备出了对红光具有敏感性和抗湿性强的CdS:Cu·Bi多晶材料,并且研究了它的化学组成和结晶状态.
References [1-3] reported that CuSO 4 and In 2 (SO 4) 3 were doped in CdS and were prepared by heat treatment under the condition of high ratio of fluxing NaCl-CdCl 2 (CdS: mixed flux ≤ 2: 1) (CdS: Cu · In), which is sensitive to red light and strong anti-wetting ability.In this study, in addition to adding CuCl 2, a suitable amount of BiOCl was incorporated into the CdS powder, and in the lower flux ( CdS: mixed flux = 5: 1; NaCl: CdCl_2 = 1: 4), a CdS: Cu · Bi polycrystalline material with high sensitivity to red light and high moisture resistance was prepared and its chemical Composition and crystalline state.
