高校OA系统与档案信息管理系统的一体化建设是目前高校面临的重要信息管理问题之一。通过对黑河学院OA系统与档案信息管理一体化建设过程的介绍,探讨了一体化建设过程中的建设需求、建设途径、建设方法。
The integration of OA system and archives information management system in colleges and universities is one of the most important information management problems faced by colleges and universities. Through the introduction of the integrated construction process of OA system and file information management in Heihe University, this paper discusses the construction requirements, construction methods and construction methods in the process of integrated construction.
