全球化进程凸显了边境的重要性,把边境从昔日人迹罕至的隔离带,变为对外交往的前沿阵地。与此同时,边境安全也遭受国际国内不良因素的双重威胁,一时间,如何有效维护边境安全成为学者与实战部门的重要任务。为了更好地维护边境安全,有必要对全球化视角下边境安全的内涵进行解析,明确了边境安全的内涵,对边境安全的认识才会更全面,各项维护边境安全的举措才会更具有针对性。笔者在简要分析边境与边境安全概念的基础上,从领土主权安全、军事安全、边民安全、发展安全和环境安全,五个方面对边境安全的内涵进行了解析,以期对全球化背景下,边境安全的维护进行有益的理论探索。
