浙台之间的旅游日益频繁,但入浙台湾游客逗留时间较短,因而要开发适宜的深度旅游产品进一步吸引台湾游客,增加其旅游体验的满意度,从而拓展深度旅游市场。本文诠释了深度旅游和饮食文化的内涵,通过浙台两地饮食文化特色比较,阐述了浙江饮食文化旅游产品开发的途径,设计出六项基于地方特色的旅游产品,从饮食文化视角研究了入浙台湾游客深度旅游问题。
Tourism between Zhejiang and Taiwan is more and more frequent, but the tourists staying in Taiwan in Zhejiang Province have a relatively short stay. Therefore, it is necessary to develop suitable deep tourism products to further attract Taiwanese tourists and increase their satisfaction with the tourism experience so as to expand the deep tourism market. This paper interprets the connotation of deep tourism and food culture. By comparing the characteristics of food culture between Zhejiang and Taiwan, this article elaborates the approaches of developing Zhejiang food culture tourism products, and designs six tourism products based on local characteristics. From the perspective of food culture, Zhejiang and Taiwan tourists deep tourism problems.
