采用有限元模态分析法对国内某机匣加工中心床身进行了动态特性分析,为探求弹性支承工况下最佳的结合面处理方法,分别采用弹簧单元法与完全约束法对床身-垫块结合部进行了处理,并得到了前四阶模态的固有频率与振型,找出了薄弱环节。将其与实验模态分析法所得结果进行对比,结果表明在弹性支承工况下,通过完全约束法对结合部进行简化处理所造成的误差很小。最后针对薄弱环节提出了改进建议,为进一步研究及改进提供依据及有效模型。
The finite element method was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the bed of a casing machining center in China. In order to find out the best method for the joint surface treatment under the elastic support condition, the spring-element method and the complete constraint method were used respectively to simulate the bed- The joint of the pad was processed and the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first four modes were obtained, and the weak links were found out. Compared with the results obtained from the experimental modal analysis, the results show that the error caused by the simplification of the joint by the complete restraint method under the elastic support condition is small. At last, suggestions for improvement are put forward for the weak links, which provide the basis and effective model for further research and improvement.
