目的研究杀虫剂与消毒剂复配后对标准试虫的击倒效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.1-2009圆筒法检测16种喷射剂对德国小蠊和家蝇的击倒中时(KT50)。结果氯菊酯在1 h、24 h分别与二氯异氰尿酸钠、三氯异氰尿酸复配组和二氯异氰尿酸钠、二溴海因复配组对德国小蠊的击倒效果与未复配组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);残杀威组原药与复配组对德国小镰的击倒效果差异无统计学意义;高效氯氰菊酯在1 h、24 h与二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸的复配组与未复配组差异无统计学意义;各实验组对德国小蠊和家蝇击倒效果为1 h>24 h>48 h。结论氯菊酯和残杀威均可做为针对德国小蠊复配的备选杀虫剂;高效氯氰菊酯可做为针对家蝇复配的备选杀虫剂;杀虫剂及其复配制剂均应在配制后尽快使用。
Objective To study the knock-down effect of standard insecticides and disinfectants on the standard insects. Methods According to GB / T 13917.1-2009 cylinder method, the KT50 of 16 propellants against Blattella germanica and housefly was tested. Results Permethrin knocked-down effect on German cockroach at 1 h and 24 h with sodium dichloroisocyanurate, trichloroisocyanuric acid complex and sodium dichloroisocyanurate and dibromohydrin (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the lethal effect of propafenan against the sickle in the propoxur group. The effects of beta-cypermethrin at 1 h and 24 h with dichloro There was no significant difference between sodium cyanuric chloride and trichloroisocyanuric acid in the combination group and the non-compound group. The knockdown effect on the cockroach and housefly in each experimental group was 1 h> 24 h> 48 h. Conclusion Permethrin and propoxur can be used as an alternative insecticide against Blattella germanica. Beta-cypermethrin can be used as an alternative insecticide to housefly. Both insecticides and their compounded formulations Should be used as soon as possible after formulation.
