人才培养理念模糊、教学方式传统、课程结构安排不合理、教学师资匮乏、教材建设相对落后等因素严重阻碍了高校文秘专业的发展,高校文秘教学改革势在必行。只有端正人才培养理念,改进教学方法,提升教学质量,调整课程结构,完善师资力量,加快教材建设才能满足社会发展需求,真正发挥高校服务社会的职能。
The obscurity of personnel training, the traditional teaching methods, the irrational arrangement of course structure, the shortage of teaching staff, the backwardness of teaching materials and other factors have seriously hindered the development of college secretarial education. The reform of college secretarial teaching is imperative. Only the correct concept of personnel training, improving teaching methods, improving teaching quality, adjusting the curriculum structure, improving teacher strength, speeding up the construction of teaching materials to meet the needs of social development, and truly play the role of colleges and universities to serve the community.
