Study on the protective effect of conditioned low-intensity acoustic stimulation on high-intensity acoustic stimulation in rats. The animals were exposed to octave narrow-band noise with a center frequency of 4 kHz and an intensity of 55-95 dB SPL for 10 hours. Animals were then exposed to noise 105 dBSPL for 13 hours before exposure, and ABR thresholds were measured immediately before and 3 weeks after exposure. The first conditioned noise exposure group of animals reduced TTS and PTS, suggesting that there was “toughening” in the inner ear of rats, a phenomenon that could be induced by the shorter conditioned noise of this experiment. Discussed the mechanism of the intensive noise exposure of conditioned noise exposure.
