对陕西省武术队和西安体育学院院队现役竞技武术套路优秀运动员的B级跳跃难度动作侧空翻转体360°进行三维高速摄影,在西安体育学院实验中心用美国艾里尔三维运动图像解析系统对所截取图像进行解析,以揭示该动作踏跳阶段各肢体环节配合动作的运动学特征。研究表明:在踏跳阶段,随着缓冲动作的进行,摆动腿(右腿)随着左髋关节的屈曲动作加速上摆,两臂经前下摆突然夹肘提肩,获得一个向下的惯性力作用于地面,地面的反作用力传给踏跳腿,增大了踏跳腿蹬离地面的力量,从而获得更好的踏跳高度。
