目的 探索适合浙江省消灭血吸虫病后的监测方案 ,使有限的卫生资源发挥最大的社会经济效益。方法 在奉化、嘉善、衢州、义乌 4个县 (市 )各选择 2个基本条件相类似的乡镇为 A、B两种实验区 ,A区实施《浙江省血吸虫病防治监测巩固技术方案 (试行 ) (1996 )》,B区采用新方案。结果 A、B两方案最终均能有效地查到钉螺 ,在监测效果上差异无显著性。然而 ,B方案螺情监测的费用投入较 A方案下降 4 5 .4 1%。病情监测均未查到现症病人。结论 已无螺多年的历史流行区 ,可以将轮查时间延长 ,查螺框距适当拉长 ,以不查漏大面积钉螺为度 ,病情监测应以外来传染源为主
Objective To explore a monitoring program suitable for eliminating schistosomiasis in Zhejiang Province so as to maximize the social and economic benefits of limited health resources.
