为了开发丙烷气体水合物法浓缩分离白钠镁矾的新方法,本文对H2O-MgSO4-C3H8体系中形成的C3H8气体水合物进行了分解的动力学研究,测定了加压276.15 K,279.15 K,281.15 K和283.15 K条件下,C3H8气体水合物分解过程中液相组成和气体水合物相组成及其夹带母液量的变化.依据实验数据建立了C3H8气体水合物分解动力学模型,模型计算值与实验值吻合良好,计算得出C3H8气体水合物分解的活化能为107.489 kJ/mol.
In order to develop a new method for the concentration separation of sodium boasite by propane gas hydrate method, the kinetics of the decomposition of C3H8 gas hydrate formed in H2O-MgSO4-C3H8 system was studied. The effects of pressure on the reaction of 276.15 K, 279.15 K, 281.15 K and 283.15 K. The changes of liquid phase composition, gas hydrate phase composition and entrained mother liquor during the decomposition of C3H8 gas hydrate were studied.According to the experimental data, the kinetic model of C3H8 gas hydrate decomposition was established and the calculated values The experimental data agree well with the calculated activation energy of 107.489 kJ / mol for C3H8 gas hydrate decomposition.
