新能源汽车产业链上近期最受关注的是充电桩。10月9日,国务院办公厅发布《关于加快电动汽车充电基础设施建设的指导意见》,要求以更大力度推动充电桩的建设,明确提出新建住宅停车位应100%建设充电设施或预留建设安装条件,大型公共建筑物配建停车场建设充电设施或预建安装条件的车位,比例不低于10%,每2000辆电动汽车至少配套建设一座公共充电站。充电基础设施建设一直是新能源汽车产业链上相对薄弱的环节,中国对此未来如何布局?前景如何?10月31日,《环境与生活》杂志记者就此采访了电动车辆国家工程实验室副主任王震坡教授。
