本研究于1984年10月至1987年5月31日在12个中心分期进行。研究对象中接受Nor plantⅠ型10718例,Ⅱ型1208例。至1992年5月31日全部满5年。Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型的5年粗累计妊娠率分别为1.53/100接受者和0.65/100接受者。妊娠率不仅与接受者的体重有关,且与年龄相关。月经紊乱是主要的终止原因,两型的5年粗累计终止率分别为19.4/100接受者和22.7/100接受者。5年的继续使用率分别为72.0/100接受者和65.5/100接受者。5年观察结果表明Norplant皮下埋植剂可为中国妇女所接受。NorplantⅡ型亦可用至5年。
The study was performed in 12 centers from October 1984 to May 31, 1987. In the study, 10718 cases of Nor plant type I and 1208 cases of type II were accepted. To May 31, 1992 all over five years.
