本文基于产业经济学的理论来分析国际贸易和直接投资,这一观点角度不同于以往从宏观角度分析并解释国际经贸和投资的思维,而是从微观角度出发,从产业底层着眼,分析更有力度。本文将以工业化为中心的,探讨经济发展中产业间的关系结构,以及产业结构变化的规律和规律的成因,以产业内部各企业之间的关系、产业与产业的联系、产业自身发展规律为研究对象,对国际贸易和直接投资进行基于产业经济学的分析判断。“产业”的整体概念出发的理论是一种新的思维和视角。并且,在WTO的世贸规则下,本文所提到的产业经济学的理论对于提升我国的改革开放,尤其是对外开放的水平有积极意义,并在一定程度上促进我国国内竞争机制的制定。
This article analyzes international trade and direct investment based on the theory of industrial economics.
