随着激光二极管的发展,现已有可能制造出供精确制导子弹头用的激光测距装置。研究了砷化镓(GaAs)激光二极管用于子弹头测距的可行性。通过测距及计算目标剖面,提高探测概率(P_D),降低虚警概率(P)_(FA),进而改进子弹头传感器的性能。GaAs 激光二极管能满足子弹头激光测距装置的封装、环境和性能约束条件。原理样机已制造出并进行了演示。
With the development of laser diodes, it has now been possible to fabricate laser distance-measuring devices for precisely guided projectiles. The feasibility of GaAs laser diode used in projectile ranging was studied. By measuring the distance and calculating the target profile, the detection probability (P_D) is increased and the false alarm probability (P) _ (FA) is reduced, which improves the performance of the bullet sensor. GaAs laser diodes satisfy the package, environmental and performance constraints of a projectile laser rangefinder. Prototype prototypes have been produced and demonstrated.
