In this paper, the microstructure and properties of 35MnVN micro-alloyed non-quenched and tempered steel were studied by microscopic analysis of light and electron microscopy and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the microstructure of the steel is composed of pearlite and a small amount of pro-eutectoid ferrite in the single-component air-cooled state after forging, and the ferrochrome phase in the steel is precipitated due to precipitation of vanadium carbon and nitrogen compounds in the steel so that the steel reaches Or exceed the strength level of medium tempered tempered state. Forging heating temperature has little effect on the microstructure and properties of steel, but the cooling mode after forging has a greater impact on the microstructure and properties of steel. The steel after forging and then normalized at 860 ℃, the organization highly refined so that the impact toughness increased significantly, while still maintaining the role of precipitation strengthening the steel still has high enough strength.
