各位代表、同志们:在全国上下深入学习贯彻党的十七大精神,全面贯彻落实科学发展观的重要时期,我们召开了固原市文联第五次代表大会,大会在市委、市政府的关心和重视下,经过全体与会代表的共同努力,圆满完成了各项预定议程,现在就要闭幕了。会议期间,各位代表认真听取了自治区文联副主席郭刚同志和市委副书记李耀松同志的重要讲话,审议并通过了文联四届委员会的工作报告,讨论通过了修改后的固原市文联章程,选举产生了新一届市文联委 Dear Delegates, Comrades: During the important period of deepening the study and implementation of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and the comprehensive implementation of the scientific concept of development, we held the Fifth Representative Meeting of Guyuan City Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Under the great attention, after the concerted efforts of all the delegates, the various scheduled meetings have been successfully completed and it is now over. They reviewed and approved the work report of the fourth session of the Federation of Literary and World Circles, discussed and approved the amended Articles of Association of Guyuan City, The new session of the city joint committee
