本文在餐饮业繁荣、互联网发展的大背景下,提出基于第三方点评网站上的餐馆的口碑、评价等数据信息,研究消费者如何进行餐馆的选择的多指标决策问题。方法上,采纳基于综合权重的双基点多指标决策模型,分别从主观和客观两个方面来分析评估指标的权重,通过得到综合权重进行相对贴近度分析,得到最佳方案,使问题的决策更加科学合理。
Based on the prosperity of the restaurant industry and the development of the Internet, this paper proposes a multi-index decision-making problem based on word-of-mouth and evaluation of third-party restaurant websites and how consumers choose restaurant. In the method, the dual-base multi-index decision-making model based on comprehensive weight is adopted, the weights of indicators are evaluated respectively from the subjective and objective aspects, and the relative closeness degree is obtained by comprehensive weight to get the best solution so that the decision of the problem is more Scientific and reasonable.
