清华大学生物医学工程专业在国家机械委支持下,经过几年研制的自适应胎儿心电监护仪,已经通过技术鉴定。该仪器应用腹部胎儿心电信号对围产期胎儿实行监护,与通常采用的超声多普勒胎儿监护仪相比,其优点在于:节律清楚,除提供胎心率和宫缩参量外,还提供胎儿心电图波形,在对胎儿心电进行监护的同时,还给出母亲心电波形与心率,可同时对产妇进行心电监护。仪器通过医院临床试用证明效果良好。该仪器在信号处理方法方面,为了提取胎儿心电的弱信号,采用了更为先进的自适应处理法,能够比匹配滤波法更好地消除肌电干扰。经过详细比较采用的是先进的“归
