2015年青岛市687份食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测分析

目的了解青岛市食品中的化学污染物以及有害因素的污染水平和趋势,及时发现食品安全隐患,掌握食品安全动态,引导居民安全消费。方法全市10个区市监测点按照《2015年青岛市食品安全风险监测实施方案》及《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》等相关方法进行采样、检测。结果 2015年共监测19大类127余个小类食品共687份,获得7 245个监测数据,超标样品44份,违禁样品1份,超标率6.40%,合格率为93.45%(642/687),样品超标率最高的的食品类别为谷物(27.27%,18/66),其他依次为儿童饮料类(10.00%,1/10)、水产动物及其制品(9.27%,19/205)、蔬菜及其制品(4.00%,4/100)。结论青岛市食品安全质量总体优良,食品安全整体形势持续稳定向好,但谷物制品、儿童饮料类、水产动物及其制品化学污染物污染严重,应加大监测力度,保证食品安全。 Objective To understand the pollution level and trend of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in food in Qingdao City, find out the hidden dangers of food safety in time, grasp the dynamic of food safety and guide the safe consumption of residents. Methods The monitoring points of 10 districts and cities in the city were sampled and tested in accordance with the relevant measures such as the Implementation Plan of Food Safety Risk Monitoring in Qingdao in 2015 and the Handbook of Risk Monitoring of Food Contamination and Harmful Factors in China. Results In 2015, a total of 687 samples of 127 categories of small-sized food in 19 categories were monitored. A total of 7 245 monitoring data were obtained, including 44 samples exceeding the standard and 1 prohibited sample, exceeding the standard of 6.40% with a pass rate of 93.45% (642/687) (27.27%, 18/66) were the most over-rated samples, followed by children’s beverages (10.00%, 1/10), aquatic animals and their products (9.27%, 19/205), vegetables And its products (4.00%, 4/100). Conclusion The quality of food safety in Qingdao is generally good and the overall situation of food safety is stable and favorable. However, the pollution of cereal products, children’s beverages, aquatic animals and their chemical pollutants is serious. Monitoring should be strengthened to ensure food safety.
