从压弯构件的稳定承载能力入手,讨论了QT60/80塔机的臂架由俯仰臂改造为水平臂后臂架吊点位置的确 定问题。给出臂架在强度稳定相等条件下求解吊点位置的方程,并将该方程与在等强度条件下求解吊点位 置的方程进行了对比,分析稳定承载能力对吊点位置的影响。
Starting with the stable bearing capacity of the compression-bending members, the problem of determining the position of the lifting point of the rear boom after the boom of the QT60 / 80 tower crane is transformed from a luffing arm to a horizontal arm is discussed. The equations for solving the position of hanging points under the condition of equal strength and stability are given. The equations are compared with the equations for solving the position of hanging points under the condition of equal strength, and the influence of stable bearing capacity on the position of hanging points is analyzed.
