擒拿是中华武术发展到鼎盛时期的产物,是武术实战中的精华。其基本特点是:针对人体关节活动功能的局限性及弱点,依据逆关节施制的原理,使用拿、锁、扣扳、点、缠、切等手法,结合裹缠劲等多种劲法的运用,进行擒伏与解脱,控制与反控制。在教学训练中,擒拿的对抗性是较强的,而且是针对关节的局限及弱点进行的,因此极易造成关节损伤、脱臼。尤其是初学擒拿者,劲力及技巧掌握不十分准确,容易造成关节损伤。肩关节损伤及脱臼,在擒拿训练中,是一种比较常见的损伤。如做掐肩、捌肩、送肩、卸肩、踩肩训练时,掌握不好,就会造成肩关节挫伤甚至脱臼。
