课堂是学校的主阵地,是师生校园生命活动的重要平台。课堂教学质量的高低,不仅直接影响着学校的发展,更影响着每一个正在成长、发展中的儿童生命质量和成长潜质。但是,课堂教学的研究是一个受制于多种因素的复杂的过程。尤其让我们警醒的是,经历了一段时间的课改推动,好多新理念和新概念对于广大教师来说并不新鲜,但是课堂还是老样子。教师掌控课堂的现象依然非常严重,学生被动学习的现状没有得到有效改善,特别是学生的思维没有得到应有的发展,没有“在学习中学会学习”。这也许是新课改以来,大家普遍的困惑。那么,是什么导致老师们“穿新鞋走老路”呢?我们认为,最主要的原因是教师进入课堂时,缺少必要的抓手。基于此,我们想到开发一个课堂学习载体——目标导航,
