甘蓝型油菜品种在种植过程中极易造成生物学混杂和机械混杂,种子连续种植三年后,原有典型性状就会部分消失,表现生长不齐、着果少、结实差、抗逆性减弱,严重降低产量和品质。这在低芥酸油菜品种中表现更为突出,特别是芥酸含量明显提高。低芥酸油菜若不抓住良种繁育这一关,即使有了优良品种,也不能为大面积生产所利用。近几年,我们在低芥酸油菜良种繁育工作中围绕芥酸含量变化作了一些探索,成功地繁育了大批量芥酸含量在0.5%以下的油菜种子。
